Addendum

1. Smoking tobacco products or cannabis is prohibited in the unit and in all common areas.

2. Growing cannabis is prohibited.

3. No pets.

4. The tenant must purchase a $2 million liability insurance policy for the entire term of the lease and provide proof of coverage before taking possession.

5. All repairs necessary due to negligence or wrongful acts by the tenant will be the tenant's responsibility.

6. The tenant will be responsible for replacing keys if lost or damaged by the tenant.

7. The tenant must clear the snow from the front balcony (a small table or chair is permitted, but no garbage or bicycles are allowed on the front balcony). The rear balcony must also be cleared of snow.

8. The apartment must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented, e.g., no holes in the walls. 9. If the walls are painted, the owner must approve the painting; no dark colors are allowed. 10. The first person to leave the main entrance must clear the snow from the front door during a snowfall.

11. Subject to verification of proof of employment and references from previous landlords, and a credit check (at the tenant's expense).
